Bloomberg Leaves the GOP

According to the WaPo, it’s fueling speculation that he’s preparing for a third party run.

Of course some of us have been saying that for quite some time.

Are we sure he’s leaving of his own volition?

On NBC’s “Today”, they refered to him as “an anti-war Republican who left the party”. Hah! He’s a Democrat who wore a GOP cloak for a few years! Good riddence.

And how come he knew exactly how many days he had left in term as mayor?

    From the story:

“Bloomberg was a longtime Democrat before shifting his allegiance to the GOP before his first mayoral run in 2001.”

Changing parties in an opportunistic manner leads one to always question a candidate’s motives and philosophy. Not to mention their intelligence.

Then again, many people are intellectually dishonest. There are those people in every political party. We just really need to hold everyone’s feet to the fire to get their honest philosophy.

I noticed that “926 days left as mayor” also Mike. I too thought it was curious he was “counting” down the days left. If he runs for President, he will not draw any votes from the Republican candidate and will likely split the Democratic voters. Should have the same effect Perot had when Clinton was elected the first time, I hope, I hope, I hope.

So the GOP isn’t the Plutocrat Party after all, and now he has left to go start his own.
Talk about intellectual dishonesty he’s a professional RHINO. When he elects himself “Mayor of the entire U.S.A.” he can run all the “sting” operations he wants, wherever he wants…
