I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to step away from the blog for a while. I’m working a ton, the kids are getting bigger and I really enjoy spending time with them, plus I haven’t been doing much “real blogging” lately anyway. So, I’d say for the next couple of weeks, consider me on hiatus. I may end up posting a few things here and there, but it won’t be that frequent.
Now, this is not the end of the road for the blog. Heck, I just dropped two bills on a site redesign, so I’m not walking away from it. I’ve been doing this for almost four years now, but I’ve always said when it stops being fun I’ll stop blogging. It’s stopped being fun, and I want it to be fun again.
I have a few ideas about what I want to do when I return, but in the meantime enjoy your springtime. I’ll be back on a regular basis around April 16th.

Cam, we all need time to enjoy life, you included. While the service you provide on this blog is great, you do it on your own and we’d all be idiots to demand that you keep doing something you no longer enjoy. Hope to see you back soon!
Well, I had to do the same thing for a while. Life got in the way, and it took a couple of months to sort out all the details. It takes a lot of effort to do a blog, and even though I love it, and I believe they are good for the public discourse, sometimes real life intrudes.
