More Pro-ILLEGAL Immigration Rallies

The group that planned those pro-ILLEGAL immigration rallies in April is set to tie up traffic and shut down downtown Phoenix again on September 4th. At least they’ll be marching on Labor Day, and downtown will be mostly empty.

Organizers of the immigration reform rally that attracted close to 100,000 people in April are planning a second march at the state Capitol in September to address what they called government inaction on immigration policy, officials said Thursday.

“We hope this day of action will be a call to Congress to stop fooling around,” said state Rep. Kyrsten Sinema

Alas, I will be out of town and unable to participate in the festivities. I am so disappointed.

A side note - that whack job Kyrsten Sinema is the chick who claimed that Sean Hannity broke federal law by crossing over the border into Mexico, and then crossing back without going through a checkpoint. Essentially alleging that Hannity was an illegal border crosser. Interesting how she supports one type of ILLEGALS, but not the other.

Did I mention she’s a Democrat?

**UPDATE**

What is she talking about ‘government inaction’?

Overall, 27 states passed laws toughening rules on education, employment, legal services and identification, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. The 59 new laws that went on the books in this year’s legislative sessions were a big increase from the 37 immigration-related laws from the year before.

Inaction my foot. That’s the most action I’ve seen since I got pregnant.

Is it just me or does it seem like everytime “they” want to do a “rally” it falls on a day that no one works?
Which is a good thing honestly.
That means no lost revenue in all accounts.
No one is going to be “home” to watch them parade around…….. How funny.

Anthor fine point of how well they are so organized to fight for something that shouldnt even be an issue.

“Get ‘em up, Round ‘em up, Head ‘em out, Move ‘em out, Rawhide!”

That was a great show for those who remember it. Only this time, it needs to be illegal foreign nationals instead of cattle, and move them South instead of North.

I read your post on Can the term “illegal alien” be offensive?

It reminds me how the school systems dont want the teachers to use RED on grading papers, how it “might be offensive the children, yada, yada, yada.

it is still really warm on Sept 4th in Phoenix. I say let em March!

Plus - they have backfired because they have proven to be a successful tool in drawing attention and building support for tough immigration enforcement.
